All eyes will be on the Hisar elections, when on 13th Oct, the consistuency of Hisar votes for lok sabha by-polls. The seat came up for reelection after the sitting MP passed away. Hisar would have been a regular election which would have gone unnoticited but the presence of Team Anna in the consituency makes it all more important. The election has become prestige issue for congress which had earlier dismissed Hisar by elections are non-crticical.

After Congress denied giving support letter to team Anna on Jan Lokpal saying the matter is before standing committee. Whereas all other parties fighting elections in Hisar have given their support letter except for Congress.Thereby Team Anna has made it an election issue so that Congress changes its stance and votes in favour and brings the lokpal bill in the coming session of parliament.
Hence there has been hectic paralyes on both sidies, after Anna hazare gave a call for defeat of Congress in Hisar by elections. The congress has sent its whole cavalry of ministers and Chief Ministers to Hisar, by making it a complete prestige issue.
Where as from Team Anna, Arvind Kejriwal, Kiran Bedi and Manish Sisodia has been campaiging to help people understand the Jan Lokpal Bill and make them understand the reason for not voting for Congress in this by poll.
The Team Anna has received a tremendous repsonse whereever they went. And so now its for 13th Oct, when we shall know that how much percentage voting happens and people come out and vote in large numbers.
The result will be declared on Oct 17.
