"First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win."  -by  Mahatma Gandhi Well in terms of team Anna in can be said that, "First they ignore you, then they arrest you , then they attack you , and then you win" Well as per Mahatma Gandhi every movement goes through 4 phases. Similar can be drawn from the Anna Hazare's movement. Let us try and analyse this whole movement on this four phases. Phase I: First they ignore you When Anna Hazare and his team started for there movement in 2010 most of the government and policitcal parties ignored them. They dismissed the movement by saying that lokpal will be formed by the government when needed. The team later in March went and met the Prime Minister and asked him to form a joint drafting committee for the lokpal bill. The Hisar by poll have been histroic by many means. It was a direct fight between Team Anna and Congress, after Congress president refused to give in writting support for Jan Lokpal Bill of Anna Hazare. Anna Hazare had asked for letter of support for the bill from all the parties out of which only Congress denined the support letter. Seeing the same Anna Hazare had issued recorded video message to voters of Hisar and had asked them not to vote for congress considering there non commital to issue of Lokpal bill. The results are out and Congress has been given historic defeat by the people of Hisar in loksabha by-poll. The Congress candidate has lost the deposit in the election. After the Anna call congress had put up its all power to win the elections. The congress CM of Haryana had gone door to door during election campaing in Hisar, but it all seems to have gone down the drain. Arvind Kejriwal of Team Anna with large supporters at Hisar All eyes will be on the Hisar elections, when on 13th Oct, the consistuency of Hisar votes for lok sabha by-polls. The seat came up for reelection after the sitting MP passed away. Hisar would have been a regular election which would have gone unnoticited but the presence of Team Anna in the consituency makes it all more important.
