The Hisar by poll have been histroic by many means. It was a direct fight between Team Anna and Congress, after Congress president refused to give in writting support for Jan Lokpal Bill of Anna Hazare. Anna Hazare had asked for letter of support for the bill from all the parties out of which only Congress denined the support letter. Seeing the same Anna Hazare had issued recorded video message to voters of Hisar and had asked them not to vote for congress considering there non commital to issue of Lokpal bill.
The results are out and Congress has been given historic defeat by the people of Hisar in loksabha by-poll. The Congress candidate has lost the deposit in the election. After the Anna call congress had put up its all power to win the elections. The congress CM of Haryana had gone door to door during election campaing in Hisar, but it all seems to have gone down the drain.
The final count of the election result showed Kuldeep Bishoni winning the seat followed by Ajay Chautala coming close second and congress candidate Jai Prakash coming distant third with even lossing his deposit. Which can be termed as most humiliating for congress.
Though this was just a bye-poll. Anna has threatened congress that if they don't pass the Jan Lokpal bill by the winter session of the parliament he will campaign against the party in all five upcoming assembly elections next year, which includes UP, Uttarakhand, Manipur , etc . where congress stakes are very high.
One must also realise that Anna only sent a recorded audio video in Hisar by-poll, but if he himself goes to this states for campaigning in upcoming assembly elections in can be disastrous for the parties which oppose Jan Lokpal.

Defeat of Congress in Hissar was a writing on the wall,Anna or No Anna.Yet it shall certainly form a link in the future defeat of the Congress, if any. Time & Imprudence on part of Congress,if any;shall unfold the truth.
