Attack on Team Anna, next victory of Team Anna?

Well in terms of team Anna in can be said that, "First they ignore you, then they arrest you, then they attack you, and then you win"

Well as per Mahatma Gandhi every movement goes through 4 phases. Similar can be drawn from the Anna Hazare's movement. Let us try and analyse this whole movement on this four phases.

Phase I: First they ignore you
When Anna Hazare and his team started for there movement in 2010 most of the government and policitcal parties ignored them. They dismissed the movement by saying that lokpal will be formed by the government when needed. The team later in March went and met the Prime Minister and asked him to form a joint drafting committee for the lokpal bill. The PM turned a deaf ear to their demand and even to threat of Anna Hazare of going for fast if their demand is not met. After the fast of 8th April, 2011 finally government sets up the joint drafting committee. But as the recently released recording of the committee reveal that the opinions of Team Anna were completely ignored and government passed their own draft in cabinet meeting.
i.e. They were ignored.

Phase II: Then they Arrest you
Again Anna Hazare and his team appealed to the government to pass a strong lokpal bill by 15th August or he will be forced to sit on fast for the same. The government ignored the whole call and tried to do Ramdev kind of crackdown on Anna Hazare's fast. So they went ahead and arrested Anna Hazare on the early morning of 16th august before he could go to his place of fast. The rest is well know history.
i.e. Then they were arrested.

Phase III: Then they attack you
Fast forwarding to October, first Prashant Bhushan was attacked in his chambers by members of Sri Ram Sene. And on 18th Oct, Arvind Kejriwal another member of Team Anna was attacked by a member of Congress sewa dal.
i.e. They they were attacked.

Phase IV: Then you win
Well this part is the future which am going to let the readers predict.... :) 
Clue: Can it be the passing of strong lokpal and other critical reforms ?
