On saturday the Uttarakhand cabinet clear passing of Lokayukta Bill which brings amendment to its original lokayukta. This amendment makes its one of the most power lokayukta amongst states. The bill will be presented in the assembly today for discussion and will be voted on it on 1st november. Once passed by the legislature the bill will go for governor assent and will become law. The member of team Anna also confirmed that 3 more states of Orissa, Bihar and Punjab had invited them for drafting a lokayukta act on similar lines of the powerful Jan Lokpal bill. The Hisar by poll have been histroic by many means. It was a direct fight between Team Anna and Congress, after Congress president refused to give in writting support for Jan Lokpal Bill of Anna Hazare. Anna Hazare had asked for letter of support for the bill from all the parties out of which only Congress denined the support letter. Seeing the same Anna Hazare had issued recorded video message to voters of Hisar and had asked them not to vote for congress considering there non commital to issue of Lokpal bill. The results are out and Congress has been given historic defeat by the people of Hisar in loksabha by-poll. The Congress candidate has lost the deposit in the election. In a recent count of students across the city around 1.2 lakh student were found to be non exisiting. Similarly in nanded district there were 1 lakh students which were bogus. The total fraud in Nanded district was alone around Rs. 1000 crores. Yes you heard it right!! There is huge power crisis staring in the face of the government of India. Starting from today NTPC India's largest power producer is left with only 10% of coal reserves, thanks to non availablitiy of coal from mines. The agitation in Telangana has already made already peculiar situation worse since large number of coal mines are in Telangana region. The worst case it that out of 20 power plants 5 have coal reserves for only next 24 hrs. The goverenement blames its on torrential rains which has made mining difficult. On an urgent basis the governement has allowed power companies to import coal, but the time for coal to reach India is a matter of debate. At present Maharashtra is providing only 11 hrs of power supply daily to its rural areas and 18 hrs to urban areas. The yesterday's attack by Ram Sene members on Prashant Bhushan for expressing his views bring our focus back to right wing group. Even earlier the Ram Sene group had attack women for visiting pubs in Bangalore. Again today some of the supporters of Team Anna were beaten outside Patiala house court. The members of Ram Sene group wanted release of the attackers. One of the supporter beaten was an elderly man whose grand daughter had helped break Anna's fast at Ramlila ground. Since the day Anna Hazare gave a call for passing of Jan Lokpal Bill every day has been a nervous day for the political parties. Especially the ruling party at the center i.e. Congress UPA alliance. Though Anna and his team had several meeting with the Congress led government for the effective and strong Lokpal bill , every-time the government tried to block there views. Now it becomes critical for team Anna to hit the Congress where it hurts the most , Elections. The Hisar by elections is a testing time for all Indians, if the congress gets defeated on the Jan lokpal issue it will have to get it passed by the winter session of the parliament. So what if congress gets defeated in Hisar by election? How will it affect the national scene and Jan lokpal bill passing? If the congress gets defeated due to the Anna Hazare call, then party will has to sit and listen to people of India for the passing of the lokpal bill at the earliest, failing to which the Team Anna will begin its cam
